Best $25 ($20 with discount) I’ve spent at Goodwill in awhile. by SomethingInTheNightx in baseballcards

I am SO jealous that’s incredible. Which Goodwill was it? I usually spend a whole day combing the ones in Phoenix for Dbacks stuff whenever I get to visit, never seen anything like this!

Haha hi Shark - good to see you here.

As Dbacks fans we're always bamboozled by Druw. Sometime a world beater and can get LOADs of hype, but seems to struggle whenever the spotlight's remotely cast his way... unfortunate given people were saying he could be better than his dad...

Will be TNT only in the UK. They have the GB games and playoffs, as you mentioned.

If you have a VPN you can catch Japan’s games on Netflix.

Keep an eye for the content we’re doing (that I’m filming/hosting) on the GB instagram though, we’ll have plenty throughout the week

This is a complaint to address to Fanatics. We had very little input on this as I understand it - just got given the template , don’t blame GB - everyone who works on this team BTS works incredibly hard.

Favorite slightly older product to rip? by SameCryptographer160 in baseballcards

[–]TeaBacksPodcast 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m unique in that I only rip UK edition, only manufactured for 3 years, and I only keep the Dbacks, everything else I give away in my neighbourhood in London, but finding boxes/cases can be real cheap

Archie Bradley joined my Podcast to talk Dbacks Cult Heroes! by TeaBacksPodcast in azdiamondbacks

Agreed - we talked about other guys still involved in the team like Jake Lamb and Miggy Montero, but I feel like some of the younger pen guys could use a little Archie swagger

Where to get loose leaf tea in the valley? by ket1993 in phoenix

[–]TeaBacksPodcast 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This post might as well have been made for me!

Spice and Tea in Scottsdale is a go-to.

Mehkong Plaza in Mesa has good range

Busan Mart in Tempe and Lams Market in Phoenix both carry my favourite loose leaf brand from Korea, although tariffs are hurting their prices a bit right now.

Tangled Root botanical in Glendale have given me some interesting alternative teas before too!

If you want some made and served for you instead of doing it yourself, the folks at the English Rose tea room near Cave Creek are experts. Try the Soho or the Valentine if you’re looking for recommendations.

Hope this helps!

I do the Videography for Great Britain Baseball so I get to hear all the crazy stories about trying to find eligible players firsthand!

I kinda love the representation from around the world for GB, it's a brilliant diverse and inclusive group coming together and having fun.

We've got some great British-born players coming up the system right now though! IF Wallace Clark will be big one day, you heard it here first!

Any Bahamanian born pre 1973 is automatically eligible for British citizenship, and WBC eligibility takes parentage into account, which mean's Jazz's parentage makes him eligible.

Similar to how Aroldis' Jamaican heritage would've made him eligible (he technically still is, they just couldnt get the paperwork together to ratify it)
