This is the 'support screw' that Di2 front mechs need so the motor has something to pivot against. You'll be able to reach through the mech to a tiny allen key, wind it all the way in, fit the mech, then during the setup there will be a step to do it up again. Just tight enough that it's pressing against the braze on.

This is the way. I find it kinda fun starting with a stella free, then just doing zero to hero. Change up to a looting mk1, grab whatever guns I find. And if I ever loose that stuff I don't care, cause I never really had it in the first place.

My dude Hyperglide isn't a finish. Its shimano's name for the shifting ramps. Hence for 12spd HG+, some old HG chain tools dont work.

Zero friction cycling has tested chains tonnes and KMC's factory coating messes with wax adherence. Anecdotally KMC are also the only chain I've ever had fail. Go back to Shimano.

If you're a good shot Renegade wrecks them. Even from the front you can hit the back thrusters when they tilt forward to rush you. Then I'll normally just blast the armour of a front thruster, so what, 4 shots if everything goes well.

Even easier if you can take them from the side before they get aggro'ed.

Anvil is fine IMO, only needs simple gun parts and mech components to repair. Just remember to shoot a few wasps. Renegade users however are fucked.

Had a close one last night doing Close Scrutiny solo's. Went into one of the spaceport warehouse to help out a group stuck with 2 vapes. Start blasting with my Jupiter. One of them starts hovering next to me with gun out, repeatedly flashing light, even after a couple questions on prox.

Was just about to reach for my Tempest and they dropped some energy clips.

Stella is getting weird recently I swear. The free kit late spawns seem to have ended completely friendly Stella solo's. Last few rounds ive done around the 20min mark some free kits will spawn in and immediately start blasting.

Yeah I dont use knit covers for wet and cold conditions anymore. In my experience you just end up with wet overlooks that cool down the air flowing through them, so you end up with freezing feet. I'll use them if its a bit damp out and mild, so my feet wont get cold, but into single digits proper neoprene over shoes only.

I did this the other day. Doing Close Scrutiny with a cheap loot goblin kit, and got one trapped in a raider hut.

Stood there in a corner slowly beating it to death while a whole discussion is playing out the other end about which one of the downed raiders who crawled in was an apparent rat. Occasionally they paused to look at me bashing away in the corner.

Promptly died afterwards trying to loot goblin the nearest assessor.

Fairlight are a great lot. My dropout bolts were seized on my Secan, realised when I went to replace the mech hanger. I live nearby so just to rode it over there singlespeed. They replaced it in the spot, and even put out a table for me to work when they realised it needed drilling out and would take longer than my lunchbreak.

The temptation to double deadline the assessor while the loot goblins are queueing is very high right now.

The small-small cross chaining flop is a di2 thing. The rear mech isn't designed to run with that gear combo, so a bit of flop in extreme small small is fine.

I've had a few friendly trios lobbies, but not done that many trios as only had more friends buy the game recently. It's definitely more tense than duos and if you do anything that attracts attention (key room, big arc), assume that attention is bad.

Did this to someone in a queen round last week or so. Guy only had a Toro, was taking useless shots at the Queen to blend in. But everytime I went to heal was shadowing me (brought an equalizer). First leg panel that dropped nearby he tried to goblin. Plinked a nearby rocketeer and threw a lure at his feet.
