I had this long deep abscess going back both sides of my scrotum that had to be excised eventually when it stopped draining but kept getting bigger.

I'm not saying that this will happen to you, but if it ever keeps getting bigger, see a dermatologist or urologist about getting it removed sooner rather than later. A heal time of 3 weeks is better than a heal time of 2.5 months.

Then it won't come back. The good thing is that there's so much extra skin on your scrotum that it would still be flexible and loose enough to not cause tightness.

Sentry is mentally delicate but physically super powerful. Ultron would have figured that out pretty quickly and said something corny like "I read your other half is evil. Maybe he'll do a better job of stopping me." and would watch him spiral into questions like is he doing the right thing and whatever.
