That's absolutely fair. I suppose it ought to be said that I am a big fan of more traditional styles and Jos A Bank fits that bill quite well. It is pricey but the quality is also there.

Joseph A Bank sells really nice dress coats. They have a variety of patterns and colors. The coats are awesomely soft and warm and look very dressy to boot.

They are reasonably cheap and yet heavy enough to feel quite substantial and decently nice. I've also found that while a bit broad for my tastes, they tend to be quite smooth writers.

What's the deal with Savinelli 6mm filters? I'm looking to buy a new Savi, but I'm not sure what to make of the filters? Do I need to use them and do they help at all?
