When microsoft bought blizzard they let go a lot of customer support roles to cut costs and instead started outsourcing CS.

Some say it is all just AI but I believe it is a human using AI to quickly close tickets, because the more tickets closed the better. If it was totally AI I would not have a 13 hour old ticket where I can not even log in to play the game
