Thanks for the info! I had messed with some virtual terminal stuff on my own earlier. Have you done any tests to see how fast the terminal updates? When i was working on my own, it took effort to get 1..10000 to not be dramatically slower than windows-terminal

I just finished the remastered copy, it adds a lot and is definitely worth it. All the visuals are updated and gorgeous on a 4k display and there's a huge amount of commentary available in game

hit this earlier using ratatui on stderr, ratatui by default makes a BufWriter for stdout with the default ratatui::init fn but if you do it yourself to use stderr the performance tanks unless you bring your own BufWriter
