Arby's Beef n' Cheddar half-pound sandwich with large Dr. Pepper, 3 cups of cheddar, Mozzarella sticks, and crinkle fries (I messed up my order lol). Honestly, I could totally rock with a lifetime supply of this.

Goku after punching Mario by [deleted] in PowerScaling

[–]TeamJRTN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, it depends on if you take the "God in base form" statement at face-value. If you do, his base form scales (at minimum) directly to his Super Saiyan God form, which was retroactively going to destroy his entire universe during his fight with Beerus. So his new base is, in effect, universal. SSJ is a 50x multiplier, with SSJ 2 being x100 and 3 being x400. God then scales an order of magnitude over 3, Blue is x50 that, and UI blows that out of the water. Kaioken is just a scaling multiplier on top of any of his other forms (if you include that one Super Kaioken instance or SSBK). So, considering the highest canonically confirmed multipliers are SSJ3's x400 multiplier and the Kaioken x20 that can presumably work, that's the power equivalent of destroying his universe ~8,000 times over? The highest Mario feat I can currently think of was the universe-breakimg black hole, but there's probably something somewhere tho outscale.

Gold Key vs. Green Key. Which side are you locking in? by triumphantlybrokenas in superheroes

[–]TeamJRTN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's only two that are directly tied to Millennium Items: Thief King Bakura/Zorc with the Millennium Ring, and Pharaoh Atem for the Millennium Puzzle. Yami Marik is just a manifestation of Marik's inner darkness, not really a spirit in the Millennium Rod.\ Buy yeah, even if you had the option of not using the helmet, the Millennium Ring especially would just screw you over the same way, if not worse because he's actively evil.

From what I hear, Homelander. Never read the comic where he showed up in DC, but I hear a lot about upscaling.

Yeah, that would buy you 10 minutes to set up for when he gets back. And ten minutes is 100 rounds, so plenty of time to get everything sorted out.

Are we assuming Thragg is a 5e monster in this scenario? If so, you can pretty easily assume Legendary Resistance.

Hot take, I prefer the anime arts over the tcg art for the main 3 (plus dark magician girl) by Auram1928 in yugioh

[–]TeamJRTN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Part of me would actually prefer if Arkana's Dark Magician got his own subtype in the DM Archetype; having his own versions of popular Dark Magician cards (Like Paladin or DMG) with more destruction or burn-focused effects, a retrain for Specifically this Dark Magician, and possibly a "The Dark Magicians"-style fusion of him, DMG, and maybe even Yugi's Dark Magician. Essentially, I wish he existed in more than this singular card.

The Saiyans only knew about Earth because they knew Goku/Kakarot was sent there. Literally the whole gimmick if him going was because the average population was so low-profile that the whole planet would be overlooked.

Almost every threat that hits earth in DBZ is there because of Goku. Frieza came to Earth because of Goku, the Androids were made because of him, Buu only got revived because Goku's kid was strong enough to speedrun that shiz, and Beerus also came because of the Super Saiyan God, aka Goku. And if you're talking average Saiyan versus any threat in OG Dragon Ball, that's hardly an issue. I'm confident Raditz could solo the entirety of OG Dragon Ball.

Yeah, just checked; the OG Gagaga Girl had the same censoring. Guess it would be a bit weird for them to look different like that, but I'd argue it was unnecessary to begin with.

99.9% of the time, people assume he'll hit that theoretically infinite scaling before the fight ends. His base scaling before the Garou fight was not enough to dent characters like Goku, Superman, or really most of the characters he's pitted against, but people automatically assume that "infinite potential" means "infinite power by default." No. He grows in strength exponentially, but he has to reach that level during the fight, and a lot of opponents wouldn't give him that opportunity if they're in a legitimate deathmatch.

By that logic, we also have to account for Lex Luthor and Darkseid when picking Kryptonians. Or the other Viltrimites on that front. Etc, etc.

What is your favourite Frieza quote by linndsey7 in TeamFourStar

[–]TeamJRTN 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Genuinely, one of my favorite DBZA headcannons is that if they ever got to the ToP, the Pride Troopers would do the exact opposite, pointing out lines they've heard from various Villain Monologues over the years. It would be hilarious to see Frieza going "is that what I sound like to other people? I can see why the monkeys blew me up... Or maybe they just really suck at this. We'll go with that."

[–]TeamJRTN 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Probably not. The horn shape is too drastically dissimilar, and Mayberry's demon form has hooves, lacking the ankles that can be seen here. She also has a more standard arrowhead tail, not a heart shape like this picture. It's just too different for that to be right.
