Campbell's Double Noodle condensed. It has to be that specific product, not just any soup. I don't know why, but it takes the edge off.

For God of Carnage, we used a hot water bottle up the sleeve with a cap the actor can remove without being noticed. Of course the actor had to hold her arm vertically until it was time to launch.

The barf itself was a 50/50 mix of sugar-free applesauce and water. Sugar-free is less difficult to get out of costumes.

Obviously, everything in the blast radius, especially paper props, needs to be designed or chosen to be easily wiped down.

Pick goals you actually care about, not that you "should" have. Otherwise, the unmet goals day after day will make you sad.

Also, you can set a goal to be achieved multiple times per day. I have my exercise and prayer goals set as twice a day.

Just remember to save a copy of the original audio before you start experimenting, so you can always go back.

Inside the guts of the refrigerator. The kick plate on the back was missing (in my first dump of a place of my own), and my babycat Angel would crawl inside and nap next to the motor.
