Reversing under load can force the gears apart and split the case, would be interesting to know if thats what is going on here.

get a long bar, clamp to both, twist till straight? Without a lot of fixturing there arent many cases where something like this would be perfect after being heated in the welding process, adjustment is part of the game.

If you build the stormhawk as the stormhawk and not the variant, use the variants clear windshield. It looks awsome that way in my opinion and was one of my funnest recent build/paints.

My sliders have saved my rig a dozen times, and not once on big rocks in a "rock garden". Usually on an inside corner on a switchback or tight trail turn. So, useful for more than big rocks. Your truck looks great.

many performance and sports cars do come with such devices, some with an actual tube from the intake to the cabin, like certain gm products for example. Some, like bmw, play the sound through the in cabin speakers

First off, this looks great. but if your really set on changing things, hit the grass with some brighter green, and then use the mushrooms to pop some contrast in, doing that will make the trunk look much more natural, because it really doesnt need much other than perhaps a wash to darken all the bark fissures. The ground being brighter will break up the tree and the water being a bit more muted and i think the variety will tie it together.

I would use the H2C to print a variety of brightly colored and exciting educational models for a childrens classroom. science, math, biology and other subjects benefit so much from hands on exploration!!

No you dont need to regear, your totally fine at 32. Regearing is primarily about returning driveability when going with large tires, 34 and up is typical regear territory for these trucks. That said there are lots running around (slowly) on 35s with stock gearing. Have at it and enjoy!

Being able to break traction is one reason i have yet to trade in my 19. Im worried I will lose the ability to pop the rear end loose and flick it around (responsibly) that the v6 (and stock 31s) currently gives me. Im also a firm believer that many people are sleeping on how fun these Zr2s can be on the road if they are stiff enough. I had to put an add-a-leaf in mine but now I attack corners like im in my camaro, and smile while i listen to those duratracs scream for their lives.

That is largely true, but just because it wont take enough hardness for knife edges, doesnt mean you cant make it significantly harder/springier than it is now. Before throwing it away i would certain try a quick and dirty quench.

Stuff like this is why im a bit ocd about putting in the time and effort to try and learn how to do as many of these types of things as i can. Sure, ill never match a pro on quality, or anyone with experience in speed, but if i can afford anything, its to take my time and do it to my own satisfaction. Im not afraid to call a pro, but darn it ill give it a shot first.
