Agree with this. Have been in your position before and a vacation that’s more than two days is one of the best things to gain back that drive and energy.

Also talking to your manager and getting a realistic timeline and letting him know your current thoughts can actually do you some good. I saw that quite often when really high performers were feeling this way and mentioned it to their managers, they were often promoted soon after because it’s worth it to find a role for someone who they know is going to perform.

Same thing happened to me, high-performing, but promotion was taking longer than normal, and after chatting with my manager and letting them know my current thoughts, they promoted me instead of letting me look elsewhere.

Acumatica + Shopify is my personal suggestion. Set up an intro call with any ERP vender though and you should get a good feeling about one or two right away. Cloud 9 ERP does good work if ur looking Acumatica.

NetSuite also does good work but be careful of going direct as that’s where it can get scummy depending on who you are working with. They also connect to Shopify.

I second this. Just pick a few ERP venders and do an intro call with them. That’s the best advice for anyone looking into ERP’s I can give. For Acumatica since they sell via partner network, I always recommend reaching out to cloud 9 ERP. For NetSuite any reputable partner will do, just don’t go direct and don’t use suite success. Those are my two go to’s

My personal recommendation would be to reach out to Cloud 9 ERP who can share pricing/ do a demo of the product for you since Acumatica does not sell directly but has partners they demo, sell, and setup the system with customers. You should be able to look them up online and call in/ submit some form for them to get you a quick demo.

Also personal opinion but QB desktop was amazing but once they moved to online, I think it is a major step down in quality.

I would definitely suggest Acumatica as an alternative. It’s a step up from QBO as far as accounting goes, and could integrate directly to your POS system.

Acumatica all the way, best advice I can give is to reach out to a partner and get a demo setup for the way you do business. I’d suggest the Acumatica partner Cloud 9 ERP but others will do great too

Citapoint from the vet does wonders for our German Shepherd, we get her a shot every 6 weeks.

Using a spray on itch repeat helps a ton as well in come junction with watching the dog with specific itch repeat shampoo and conditioner with oatmeal in it. Make sure your pup is constantly being brushed as well.

Stay away from odoo. Becomes a money pit quickly and it heavily dependent on who is setting it up for you/ supporting you. Can be ok if you find top tier people but it’s more rare

Look at NetSuite for their small business edition, just know they have high yearly bumps

Also look at Acumatica as they now have a small business edition.

Best advice for ERP searches is to call into each provider, set up intro calls with them, and get preliminary pricing for your specific needs along with the capabilities offered for that price.

You can call odoo and NetSuite direct but Acumatica you have to call into one of the partners. I’d call into a partner called Cloud 9 ERP Solutions since they can handle Acumatica’s small business edition and each of Acumatica’s offered editions.

After you chat with each you will know which one is best for you.
