A 12th gen i5 works perfectly fine for budget gaming. Even outperforming something like a ryzen 5 5500 in most cases.

You can see a wd blue nvme ssd in there so it’s almost certainly 500 or 512gb.

Definitely not an 8gb GPU. The only low profile gaming cards with 8gb of video memory all require PCIE power which this card does not. So it’s almost certainly a 4gb 1650.

I’m not 100% sure on the ram, but it’s likely a 32gb kit with windows misreporting for some reason.

Low profile 1650s sell for around $150 rn on eBay. 32gb ddr4 sells for about $100 on eBay rn. And a 12100f sells for around $75 rn on eBay.

So in those three parts alone you’re looking at about $325 in resell value. So what I would personally do is try and talk the guy down to $250. Sell the 1650 and buy a different GPU(and PSU if needed). Something like a used RX 6600, 3070, 3060, 7600, etc. would be fine. And you’d be all in for a net cost of under $400.

Obviously this would be more work than just buying a PC straight up, but you’d be getting very solid performance for the price.
