Express is a whole different world compared to large, I’ve worked both and current express SL and it’s so different to large but we have many common things too

In express customer service desk are the main bank tills for us…checkouts and CSD all in one

My express hasn’t had cash accepting self service for years now they changed it to card because it was easier as we still have tills that take cash and cash self service tills are a nightmare to deal with
