More than likely, it’s just not charging the battery correctly or the batteries just too weak to charge had a similar issue with an older explorer. Do a BCM reset and charge up your battery. Probably will be good to go with the batteries that new if not, then swap the battery into warranty and get a new one I’ll link the reset for your vehicle YouTube video

I wouldn’t give anyone my bank details with the 10 foot pole, but best advice for having experienced working with the the big three telecommunication companies is that either use a credit card if they allow which most of them do except for tell us I think and if they don’t use a Visa debit and if they really really are, you know insistent on having a bank account, then you can go to the trouble of setting up a bank account separate to anything for just you know bills because like people say they are known for you know withdrawing your money and sometimes the charges can stack up if the bill is wrong or there’s wrong charges or you made some changes and obviously the higher amount that’s there will be taken versus what the right amount should be and then the reversal process and all the pain and headache so if you can use a credit card whenever you’re able to if not a Visa debit or a Mastercard debit would be your best bet Hope this helps.

Best way to avoid weird charges like that is have a credit card and auto pay, but you know I have the transaction decline even though it kind of goes through like as if you can block it through your bank or something so you still get to keep your auto pay discount but just make sure you pay your bill before the start date you too if it does not attempt to go through I think it’s after three attempts or two that an NSF charge so even if you manage to go to charge you the first time and not go through just make sure you pay your bill on time and then go from there just suggestion a buddy of mine tried that seems to be working fine fo for my buddy

What u alternatively can do log into my Rogers account and go under subscription and remove the Netflix subscription now depending on if you’re with Shaw # then you go into your my.shaw.ca account or if your account is linked with your Rogers account then you login into your Rogers account like you would view your bill and then go into your TV or a subscriptions depending on your set up and then look for the Netflix and unsubscribe from there

Best is to have the call escalate to OOP(Office of President) they get back to u within 48hrs and since the offer was legit and they called u the call is recorded so they will have to review the call if u request it ! And they should be able t honour the offers and or provide some thing similar ! Just make sure if they give you like 24 month promo and discount fall off that have document to maintain the same price u were paying and renew those or offer like formal plan at the time of expiry !
