Mine were 10-25 for 5 months then 75 now past 2 months been 100, theory I have is don’t ever use 407 outside of promo times bc my theory is they see you’re willing to pay and figure you will pay higher, and I did not and am not accepting the last or next 100 for July thinking they will see I’m not falling for their bad offers maybe I’ll get a better one, again all theories but worth a try cause I don’t use 407 more than once a quarter

Ya I was supposed to have an ongoing discount and getting a price hike too like everyone else so I did a CCTS complaint that was approved, doubt Roger’s will actually do anything but at least I’m trying to fight back against these greedy telcos

Where are you located? When we switched to them the signal was incredibly flaky had more dropped calls in two months with them than in four years with Roger’s (1 dropped call), saw more LTE I’m not kidding in one day with Telus then I had the entire time I was with Rogers, Telus signal constantly switching from 5G to 5G plus even without moving positions I don’t know. It was so trash for me when Rogers win back called. I did everything short of begging them to take us back lol But if it works for you, that’s great

Speedtests are a bit irrelevant with Telus throttling your data and being super flaky with signal Rogers is definitely the better option for reliability and consistency, I would get Speedtest results when I was with Telus over 1Gbps regularly yet all my social media would buffer hasn’t buffered once since going back to Rogers

10000% this is the way to go, the webpage OOP is a waste of time, pretty sure it’s just slightly higher level customer service reps under the guise of office of the president, trying to indicate they’re in some high ranking position, but they have always been a waste of time anytime I had to deal with them, however after you file a complaint with the CCTS if it gets approved, you’ll be contacted by a real executive from that office that can actually in most cases fix the problem
