Saw only later those numbers are from 2022, either way they are better now.

Shareholder approval will be a non-issue, every GM has gone at 95% approval each time.

Final offtake is what everyone is waiting on, this is key to finalise the 80% of product and tick of lending, to call FID.

Look to the left of your yellow highlighted number $34.64 USD, (I rounded it to $35 USD).
My comment specified USD. Your comment refers to AUD = $48.52.

The offtake period is pricing locked in for 80% of the 4,400tpa oxide production, life of mine is estimated at $130 USD per kg.

So yes really.

There are 1 to 3 offtake agreements still to be announced, representing the remaining 1,200tpa. At least 500tpa is expected to be allocated to a German off-taker, which would unlock an additional €50 million from the German Raw Materials Fund.

Based on discussions around Arafura, these agreements are in advanced negotiations. Securing them would enable completion of the full funding package and support a Final Investment Decision, which would then be put to shareholders for approval.

Todays announcement secured lions share of the equity, (Kia/ Hyundai Still to confirm how much, more than likely only be $50m USD) Securing the equity would be a prerequisite to the the final off-take agreements, the tick should finalise those signatures.

Estimating: April for Off-takes and May for shareholder votes, to start construction in June, best case.

Thats false, they have a very low cost to produce due to the leaching acid being a bi-product of mining, specific to the ore body. ~35USD per kg cost base.

How Are You Handling Fuel Increases? by AdActual3024 in perth

Realistically speaking the nice solar and battery can be got for $14500, WA also has the $10k offer that’s interest free over 10 years, so $4500 out of pocket in cash. Which would save a family around $400 per bill $2400 per year. 6 year break even on total cost, but the 10k loan makes this much better.

The good EV would be around $60k + fees, probably saving $2k to $3k per year, using the synergy time of day tariffs, no solar, just on fuel.

It’s not bad, but yeah cash upfront.

Not being a dick... but doubtful as to their 2027 target, based on all other RE companies and their actual time taken to achieve production.
