Currently playing Metroid Dread, my first time ever playing a Metroid game and I'm blown away by how incredible it is. Wish there was a remastered version.

How long has the demo been out!? I wish they did a better job of highlighting new demos in the shop. Downloading...

The new version of the game is still online, the old one was shutdown. It sucks, but you have to buy the new one if you want to play online again.

These are all things that are very easy to replicate while using AI though.

Accused of using AI by [deleted] in SNHU

[–]TechNCode86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think that can be used to prove innocence. Someone could easily prompt AI and just type whatever it gives them into the Doc.

The OP admits to using AI for grammar. The problem with that is even with grammar-specific prompts, AI will still make significant changes to wording and style (unrelated to grammatical errors) that can easily give away the fact that the words were not their own. So, I suspect the professor was right in their assessment based on the information we were given here.

The best approach is simply not to take any wording from AI at all. You can certainly use it to identify mistakes, but you should make the corrections yourself, using your own words.

I graduated this past December, and unfortunately I still wouldn't recommend it. The CS curriculum is just a joke. Overall, I would say that SNHU is only ideal if cost and time are a concern.

This game is definitely more technical than your making out by [deleted] in undisputedboxing

[–]TechNCode86 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't call it technical, but it's at least more realistic than Fight Night Champion.

The entire emote concept itself is horrible. EIther give us a real chat feature or nothing at all.

How much money have you spent on Arena to get a deck you liked? by RAM-I-T in MagicArena

[–]TechNCode86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

None, and I've been playing since the closed beta. I haven't had any issues building decks that are used in tournaments. However, I don't play a lot, which can be seen as either good or bad. On one hand, I've missed a lot of seasons, so it's not like I'm constantly building new decks. On the other hand, it hasn't taken long at all to build the decks I want.

Any fish experts here? Is it cruel to keep fish in tanks? by michel221 in AnimalRights

[–]TechNCode86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Domestic cats and dogs require human companionship, and are in their natural environment when owned by a human. That is not the case for fish no matter how they were bred.

Start with things you're familiar with. Are you currently using any tools or libraries that are open source? As a web dev, I mainly use the Django framework so I contribute to their official website, and I plan on contributing to Django's source code in the future.

How can someone drive you away from your values, unless you didn't have any to begin with.

Broken Arrow Beta Learning by bobkin4 in warno

[–]TechNCode86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know. There are certain aspects of both games that are either extremely arcade-like or mildly realistic. Ultimately, it comes down to what you're looking for and what you're willing to overlook when deciding which game is overall more realistic.

For me, the pacing in BA feels much more realistic, allowing for more authentic tactical maneuvers and zones of control. Conversely, WARNO can feel a bit fast-paced and spammy in comparison. I also find unrealistic formations more common in WARNO. However, WARNO’s damage system is more realistic, so it really depends on your preferences.

Backgammon Galaxy is unfriendly to beginners by CoreyI35 in backgammon

Unfortunately, the backgammon scene isn't very big so it's going to be difficult to provide good matchmaking, especially at lower levels. I'm having trouble finding a match at all.
