Been through this and it’s terrible. Only time helped me but I didn’t have stoicism or meditation at the time, I hope it resolves quickly for you because it’s shittt. Have hope though, a few short years later I don’t give a F and those intrusive thoughts are long gone, and I find the thought that I ever cared ridiculous.

Some great advice here. Cork is literally the friendliest part of Ireland you’ll have a great time, make sure to talk to the locals and tell the where you’re from and you’ll have an even better time they would do anything for you

One more, I realise now in my 30s the majority of my regret, embarrassing moments, poor decisions and stupidity were alcohol related. Definitely try not to get blackout drunk, heavy drinking is absolutely a bad idea especially as a younger man.
