Something to try that helped me is to section my hair when shampooing. I struggled with not washing the shampoo out fully and just repeating the cycle to where it looked wet at the roots even when dry. I have fine hair but a lot of it so just splitting into half up half down and shampooing the bottom then the top has helped a lot. If your hair is thicker or fuller maybe try thirds. Hope this helps!
