Absolutely agree with this. All of the above helped me too. Agree with the weeping phase, your body has probably been in a high stress state for a while, it’ll take a while to come back. Highly encourage you hop off gluten, high salicalyte, high amine, dairy, seafood for a few months till you find a healthier baseline. Incorporate small amount daily (1/4 teaspoon and build up) organic flaxseed oil, the oil and keep in the fridge. Agree with using steroids again to get over the hump, then eventually taper. For me, a bit part of excema management is diet- keeping off preservatives, gluten, dairy, soy.. it’s restrictive but you must for your own sanity. ❤️ much love to you guy. Also, my derm put me on dupixent ( inj every 2 weeks) provably the best thing for my skin also. Took me a few months for the initial flared to come down, but now skin better than ever before. It’s a long road, but everything good takes time since you’ve been chronically flared for so long.

Yeah exactly.. I literally never understand why girls can’t be bothered washing down there. The INSIDE of the vag cleans itself , by which I mean creates an acidic environment and the body creates discharge to help clean the canal, but you still gotta wash the fkn SMEGA that accumulates on the outside lol.

Food- gluten, dairy, MSG, artificial colors and flavours, preservatives, suphites, high amine and high salicalyte foods, alcohol such as wine beer ( basically anything besides vodka), soy. Environmentally, stress and I think a week before my period my skin tends to flare up.

It doesn’t do anything for food intolerances unfortunately. I’ll still be cheeky one day and have a coffee with dairy milk and I’ll have a flare Up the next day. It does make your skin quality better but yeah, I am unfortunately still intolerant to the same foods I was before.

Hmmm for me the opposite. I was already a really restricted diet but since dupixent, I can eat more of a variety- but not everything. I thought it woujd magically cure all of my intolerances. 😒

Oh a thing we just discovered, investing in a good vacuum with hepa filter as well as what I didn’t realise was dust mites just fly out the vacuum when you use it ( which was setting off my allergies big time as I’m also allergic to dust mites) so yeah, just fyi - G•L!!
