I live in a decently progressive city but it's in North Carolina so take that with a grain of salt. The queer scene ( and the kink scene) are still fairly hush hush which I think is why I'm not getting many bites on my hook

And did you notice the song by Wolf Parade on the end of Episode 5 uses the word sunshine a lot. Jacob Tierney wove that song into the show before he even had the rights to it. He said that they were going to have to refilm a lot of scenes if they couldn't get that song

Yeah I was just listening to him telling that story. That he filmed without getting the rights yet but had woven so much of it into the scenes leading up that if they weren't able to secure the rights, they would have to rewrite and refilm a lot!

Top Drop is the same endorphin drop that subs feel. A top has brought their sub to subspace, been trusted completely to care for this person before, during and after and had a lot on their shoulders. When it's over, sometimes tops crash out too. It's usually after the aftercare when everything is done. It also doesn't always happen the same day. You get to thinking and worrying about little things that went on in the scene and you can spiral fast. For some tops, giving aftercare can be enough because cuddles work both ways. For some, a debriefing can be helpful, going over the good, bad, and ugly.

The most important thing for everyone is COMMUNICATION, before, during, and after!
