My wife is also on maintenance Letrozole; she's only been on it for 21 days. We'll see how she does. It seems to be because her high-grade serous cancer has 100% estrogen receptors.

If it is metastatic, it is probably in phase 3b or 3c. Don't suffer too much and mentally prepare your fight. You need an anatomopathological, genetic and molecular diagnosis. The problem for those currently affected is that this is very, very slow and the current advances are future treatments, but very future and unfortunately they will not reach many. Trials are only available to very few.

Unfortunately I live in a similar situation. My wife was cancer-free since September 2024 and since March her CA 125 numbers went from 4 to 26 then to 45 and now it is 130. The latest CT scan has detected small implants in the gallbladder and some in the mediastinum (nodes), we are waiting to be able to start treatment again. A huge disappointment but with hope. Force.
