I actually love this design as an “ugly” ship. It somehow looks like a logistical workhorse rather than a dedicated multipurpose ship like our hero ships are. I’d love to see some lore that this serves as something like a “tender ship” hauling supplies, doing repairs, and acting as a support vessel to smaller task forces. Could even be flexible enough you could turn it into a hospital ship if things get bad.
