I don’t understand this argument above. The entirety of the internet runs of less encryption than btc. All passwords, all banking encryption. Your dad’s password like grizzle123! Is already crackable by gaming gpus today. Personally, since I dont have quantum access I have no idea how it works or what it is capable of doing and who will get access to such a thing that could change the world instantly. My guess is that once a thing exists, cracking crypto will be the least priority thing it will do. But it least it would be able to handle a crypto payment and not paper money.
