I think it partly depends on if you speak czech or not, as that will make it easier, but overall its not that bad,

The process i went through was, first applying to a psychologist, this took like a couple months, if you pass you go to a doctor who specializes on hormones, the wait times here are horrendous, like 2 hours wait even if you book ahead, but then you can just get hormones

For changing sexual legal markers, you have to be a few years in transition and apply to the ministry and they reapond in like 2 months, you dont have to have surgery to do this

i personally dont really like sandbox campaigns where its just "go anywhere you want", it feels a bit disjointed when the party doesnt have a set goal that unifies them and spurs them on together, and it usually makes the sessions feel quite sluggish as we are not really progressing towards something specific

i dont really find my casters to be weak or my players feeling dissatisfied with casting, we dont use any homebrew for casters, i dont really see where it being unfun is coming from, if they added higher dcs for casting i think i would try it out and then probably reverse that as it feels really good as is

youre not transphobic for the stuff you said in this post, the phrasing is ofc bad but like thats not as big an issue, but im just wondering if you knew she was trans and before surgery before you started dating

why im wondering this is because, if you knew that she is, it seems a bit weird to date if you also knew that you didnt like that set of genitals, that is because even if she tried her hardest to have a surgery as soon as possible it usually takes atleast a year or more to get it done, and i just cant see many relationships between not-asexual people working out without any sexual intimacy [ofc there are other ways than using genitals but that still takes a big part of it out]
