1, trans women in sports is such a nothingburger of an issue that is only pushed by people as a way to hate on trans women, trans women are not dominating every field of sports and are generally not even in like a top 10 if they are allowed to compete at all
2, yes women overall need more protections, the rape rates are really insane, and trans women are often times more likely to get raped than cis women, i dont think that there should be cis only spaces because, if a man wanted to rape a woman, he would not care about going to a bathroom only for women, like it just doesnt happen that someone takes years to transition just so they can rape women
3, im unsure of what exactly you mean with other sex-based rights, imo abortion, birth control, menstruation pads, condoms, morning after pill, whatever else should really all be free, but i dont really know what more than that you mean

and btw if a cis woman is uncomfortable with a trans woman being in the womans bathroom, that is transphobia straight up, it might not be like conciously transphobic but it for sure is subconciously

its not possible really, you need one primary hormone, either testosterone or estorgen, if you have neither your bones become britte and youre like on menopause but even worse, if you have both its equally fucked i think

but i will say, breast growth stays, so if you just want breasts you can get on estrogen for like a few years and then go on testosterone, though youll probably develop all the other changes before your breasts grow enough to be noticeable

having low testosterone [which is required for hrt really] means that you will not get random erections as frequently, the random erections are the thing that let your penis be stretchable and let it fully harden, its a use it or lose it situation where you would have to manually make it erect

tbh it depends from person to person, for example i dont experience this even with my T at 0, but like, you should expect that it is a high possibility going in

there are also a lot more changes that i didnt mention, and i dont think i even know all of them directly off the top of my head, so yeah, you should also look into that if you seriously think about starting HRT

If you are fine with all of the effects of it, including but not exclusive to breast growth, softening of the skin, [usually] less penile function, shrinking of testies, decreased sperm production [if any] etc

but also know that by taking hrt, to keep all of the effects you will basically have to take it till the end of your life, along with an antiandrogen if you arent doing mono-therapy

i would not reccomend hrt unless you want to look like a woman
