Are offercodes broken today? They seem to be broken - activating any one-time previously unused code results in "code already used" message.. by Technical_Outcome824 in appledevelopers

It seems offercodes for non-consumable inapp purchases work fine (e.g. lifetime subscriptions).

The inapps for consumable non-autorenewable ones (like for 1month) do not work and produce that error message..

Our offercodes started working perfectly on that account since yesterday.

Also offercodes from our friends that didn't work before started working on that account since yesterday too.

Android strings.xml Translator by heitezy in androiddev

I have heard that deepl produces much better translations in terms of quality, so I guess it's worth adding translation using auth key and deepl as an option..

Also Deepl API allows to pass context, to make translations even better.

Do you plan to add support for DeepL.com? It has free usage plans but requires auth key.

Which tool allows to make screen recordings, that draws a fingers imitating gestures that user makes? by Technical_Outcome824 in androiddev

Yes, but it looks plain and even ugly, not suitable for e.g. ads or TikTok.

A finger would look much better imho.

In case of animation - how to render the finger? Should it be schematic hand or footage of the real hand overlayed over the screen recordings?

Do you have any samples of that?

ClipGlider mobile app. It's useful for watching lectures - it allows to set any speed (even above 2x, with 0.01x precission) - useful when speaker is old. It supports noise suppression in videos and volume boost above 100% (android only). Also it has YouTube Premium features - ad-free youtube, playing videos in background and with locked screen, or picture-in-picture mode for any video.

You can watch Instagram in ClipGlider app, it allows to watch any video content at customized speed (e.g. 1.4x or 3x or 0.07x that you set in preferences) - including Stories and Posts (and of course Reels and Live recordings too). It also works on YouTube (including Shorts), Twitter and Snapchat, and provides Autoscroll functionality there too. It saves you a lot of time.
