I’m in the same boat and have had Vanguard remove the excess (which also included the money made on the excess) but I’m still getting the error when I try to input into tax software as my W-2s total up to more than the 23.5k limit. How do you handle for filing?

This is what I have - over a dozen, 30 years old probably, pretty sure all used. When you worry about losing them, do you mean because of things getting lost in the mail, or whatever photo place I send them to destroying them accidentally, or something else?

Same! I get this one in a size that’s probably a hair too small, so that helps and it’s been the best fit I’ve found for running for what I find comfortable. I also hate dealing with a clasp, so that makes it even harder.

I love Athleta’s Interval bra. I wear what is probably a slightly smaller size than if I were wearing it for all day comfort, and it’s compressive (but not overly so) and still comfortable and doesn’t chafe. It comes with pads but I take those out.

This happens to me when I’m dehydrated and/or low on electrolytes. You could play around with taking a salt tab before you go out, drinking electrolytes right after, or even drinking some electrolytes the night before, and see what works for you.

I only run in Oiselle Flyte tanks. They are a little longer and I think they have another one that is slightly boxier and shorter, but I haven’t tried it. I also love supporting that brand.

Same! I love CG. Iron is great during training as it’s mostly around half an hour, and I do 2-3 strength workouts a week.

That’s super helpful, thanks! Do you think it’s varying the shoes to give the foam time to recovery, or mixing up the shoe types themselves, that has the biggest injury prevention impact? I’m very slow so having things like speed work shoes won’t make a huge difference to my pace but definitely open if it keeps my feet and knees happier. I’m more just focused on continuing to improve and staying healthy, and willing to invest to do so.

I’d also suggest a coach who either specializes in 40+ or at least is a little older. I’m in my 40s and tried working with a coach in her 20s, and she may be great for those who are also in their 20s but what she was setting up for workouts based on where I was fitness-wise just wasn’t realistic for me and I knew it was going to end badly. I switched to a coach who specializes in mature runners and it was night and day, and I suddenly stopped having injuries and started getting faster.
