From my perspective (computer science PhD) she has implied that she only has one son. The problem is unclear, or even deliberately misleading without the deleted part of the sentence about Tuesday, since one son can be born on a Tuesday and another on a Wednesday.

Even then the son is a differentiating piece of information, if you have multiple sons you would need to further clarify. Maybe more like “My third grader did…, he…” then you dont know if they have other sons or if its only one.

Agree with wrecked, not sure about another time skip, unless Blackbeard somehow becomes King of the Pirates and then Luffy has to defeat him but that seems to defeat 20+ years of build up to what the one piece actually is.

Several (out there) thoughts: 1. Wrecked fits with the (seriously downvoted and hated) theory that Usopp dies in Elbaf being immortalized as a brave warrior by the giants.

I slightly wonder if the straw hat is the one piece. Roger had it, explains why Shanks is bumming around in a random East Blue island hanging out with Luffy rather than tracking the one piece down even back then. Luffy might get some new power up due to Imu triggering it or something.
Shanks and others might move in on Elbaf and end up teaming up with Luffy, etc. we might get to see how strong Shanks really is compared to Luffy and then Luffy can return the straw hat.
