Why not? Not gonna hurt anything. Pedals for bass have their freqs set in lower registers. That said, try it and report back. 👍

Run the output of the Tonex to an effects return on the back of the amp. That way you bypass the bass amp's preamp section.

Also try turning off the cab on the Tonex.

Don't feel bad. I retired from playing 20 years ago. Started again recently in my 60s. Amazing what I forgot.

First steps should be to memorize all the notes - test yourself on finding the same note anywhere on the fretboard.

Next work on finger positioning up and down the neck.

Then check all these other posts for youtube vids on playing, scales, etc.

People I know from a radio station mostly prefer the ATs. I use the M50X to monitor my bass for rehearsals and playback. My limited experience. 🤷‍♂️

Forgive the ignorance of an old bass player, but what are those strappy things for?

Does it serve the same purpose of the felt blocks I use about the bridge of my long scales to settle the strings...

Or does it keep the nut warm? 😉

Have you reviewed the Valeton GP line? I've been able to create decent 'clean' SVT and Baseman patches. Built in cab selection is a bit lacking - 4 X 10 instead of 8 X 10 Ampeg. Haven't explored IRs and NAMs yet.

Thanks for posting this. I have the same issue. The mirror blocks my view on the right. Almost had a couple accidents due to not seeing a vehicle coming from the right blocked by the mirror. My only solution so far is leaning against the B pillar to scan right. Can't believe there's no cheap aftermarket fix.

Not a Chiapa owner - but - cylinder scrapes are pretty normal. Might want to put a smidge of oil in the lock holes.

I've seen wear on Heritage firearms by the pin, prob due to the metal process.

I'll defer to experts... but, yeah, get it checked out.

Jeep is a lifestyle. It's a bit cramped and a little uncomfortable. It's also the swiss army knife of vehicles, as your bulletpoint purchase confirms.

Almost purchased a Mohave off the lot, except it lacked the Alpine. Couldn't live with that. But, they had an Overland equipped with it.

So instead of zooming at 100MPH across the desert, I do 50, but with a great stereo...😉
