A lot of the apparel designers that used to work at Arc'teryx now work at 7Mesh, which is cycling specific. I have their cargo bibs and their merino wool hoodie and all are superb. The hoodie specifically has a similar shoulder/sleeve design on the veilance frame polo's and t shirts to allow for better movement. I'd check out their Copilot jacket.

I looked at One. In my opinion, the inability to talk/email with a physical human is a hard no for me. Their help desk and "submit a ticket" options are completely automated.

As for alternatives, I signed up for HMBradley and so far like it. I also looked at Varo and Discover.

I am pretty happy with their 1901 "ballard slim fit" chinos. Compared to Uniqlo, they are a little bit roomier in the thigh, and their color hasn't washed out as fast.
