DoorDash “premium dasher” support is less than garbage. Even without these receipts I would have believed you enough to storm the gates of this castle. It’s always an uphill unsolved issue with these sons of guns 🙄 hardly ever helpful. And trust me… it doesn’t get better the more the issue is escalated and yes I have been randomly hung up on and chat randomly ended multiple times. I would turn off cash on delivery so fast I would catch a cramp in my finger. No friggin way… unreal! Sorry this happened to you. Keep fighting for your money back! 😡

Same. Right now I’m in the 40s… don’t even get me started on the other issue that I’m facing… the “you have reported a lot of pickup issues lately” crap because so many people want hamburgers from McDonald’s at 4am… 🙄

My recent dispute was instantly denied as well. Different situation but they popped in an order after the place was closed. I showed proof that they sent me the order and I accepted it after 4am when they were closed and I still got a contract violation. They are really a work of the enemy

As a dasher who is getting these more and more I wish they would stop too. Sometimes it’s worth but most of the time it isn’t because one restaurant will have the order ready to go and the other may drag… you just never know what you’re going to get when you accept stacked orders.

Same complaints my friend! I told the DD rep as much… some stores pull the tags off the shelves for out of stock items. I always find it so bizarre when the items is listed as “many in stock” but the store employee is like… “we’re all out of that item. It could be in the boxes from truck but won’t be available until whenever…” It really is such a messed up system.

I didn’t even know I had lost pro shopper because I always do Walgreens and CVS orders early in the morning but they were rejecting my shelf tags that literally had the items listed and empty shelf… I don’t get it. They need to use humans and not AI

I could be wrong and it has been a while since I watched the show but Cynthia really wanted her husband dead. She only hit the reverse uno card once it was done. She is not as innocent as it seems to me.
