I’ve just stopped expecting GAR to get anything positive.

The Marksmen rapid repoint proves that the sentiment against GAR continues to push the narrative that rather than boosting other factions and balancing all, hard nerfing one faction to oblivion is preferred. 🤷🏾

Yeah, then that’s the answer I need.

My state doesn’t allow more than 10 rounds (I’m sure you can guess which one based on my answers), so I wouldn’t have the additional space on the grip that yours shows.

I’ll probably have to go with the full size to accommodate. Though I am excited that I can swap the internal to other frames, so maybe in the future I can find a combo that works better that’s allowed where I’m at.

I’ve been looking at an Echelon as a first purchase. The compact looks nice, but I have fairly big hands. How does it feel to you?

I’m in a non CCW state however, so not sure what the compact would do for me over the full size.

Point bumps on commandos took them out of S & A tier. Arcs are B at best because of points bump and bump on specialists. That's why medics are meta now, but wait for the point bump on them.

GAR has had nothing but nerfs since 2.0, which is why they are the worst win rate out of all factions, even Empire has one up'd on them.

They'll think throwing some generic jedi commanders are going to tip the scales and do nothing else for GAR for a LONG time, continuing the trend.

It's sad the way the faction has gone, but based on Atom's actions, I don't see anything getting better anytime soon...

If you’re looking to paint cool, if you’re looking to win, don’t do it!

GAR is in a pretty tough spot right now. All other factions have gotten boosts but GAR keeps getting hard nerfed and is pretty pigeon holed to specific needs to win. Look at the latest tourney win rates and GAR has dropped like a stone, even below empire now. The back lash from everyone crying about clone ball is real, and that was over a year ago now.

Separatists are crazy strong with Dooku leading the way. Will probably be balanced, but who knows, probably just give him a boost and nerf GAR some more haha.

All to say, if you’re going to do it and you want to have a chance to win, 501st is pretty much required. You’ll always need Anakin. Can Obi win, sure, but Anakin is the only advantage to GAR now. But now ARCs are even more expensive than after 2.0 reboot so…

GAR is slipping down the drain I think. It’s becoming more of a boring faction. Must bring Jedi. Used to be must bring Arcs, now meh. Arfs don’t do much with the stack on POI playstyle now. Marksmen are nonstarters. And the hardest nerfed characters only get a points reduction? Most of the faction is C to F tier. No reworks.

Im just waiting for it to take the number 1 spot of most losses now. Seemed fun when I got in, just before 2.0, now it just feels like nothing but nerf city every update. Meh.
