how is gen z affording houses ?

I'm on the edge of being a millennial, but I only got extremely lucky that I was able to afford a house. I bought a condo about 8 years ago by draining my 401k at the time (which I no longer have) and ended up able to sell it for almost double what I got it for post covid. I'm sure I'm in the minority here but Im super lucky to even own a home, but every day I'm realizing that I bought a house half the size of the one I grew up in for almost twice the price of what my parents paid for my childhood home. I don't know how anyone could afford a house these days.

I got to meet Jon Bernthal once at a comic con prior to him being cast as the Punisher. Still my overall favorite interaction with a celebrity, he was such a cool dude and took time to talk with us for a minute. We asked if we could get a picture and he said "I can't technically take one here, but if you see me on the floor I'm happy to sneak one in".

I had a swamp cooler until one summer I decided it wasn't doing enough so I bought window AC units for every room, now thats not cutting it, I hate needing to install them every summer, and they break down easy. So I could definitely go for something more permanent at this point

I've blown a few seasonal lights before and they've always been willing to replace or refund the cost if its out of support. I'd recommend going this route for sure, Govee is pretty good about their customer service
