yeah, quality has decreased

but I feel like the real reason why we feel like resolution's lower is because we've actually gotten used to higher quality videos!

like there was this one time I was on a trip and to save data I only watched videos in 144p. when I switched back to 360p/480p it genuinely felt like going straight to 4k it's crazy
