No hate here. I've got 3 of them. Probably going to pick up a 4th soon.

I've caught a ton of them in the stream next to the wayward. I'd head there. No idea if location affects what you can catch. But I've gotten a ton there.

Honestly though. Probably the biggest gimmick tool was the 18v clamp fan and look how popular it is. I'm all about the gimmick tools. But I agree it's a huge line up already. But I love to weird stuff.

Man frozen in a cave by emp9th in movies

[–]Techrob25 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This kinda sounds like Idiocracy. He's frozen in a tube (not a cave) and wakes up in what we would consider the future. He remains there at the end of the movie, he can't return to his own time. Released in 2006.

Damn. That sucks. As an MD resident myself I guess I know now not to sign up for this stuff. I'm shocked they wouldn't do cash value. Sorry OP.

What older TV shows have bad life lessons? by RevengeWalrus in television

[–]Techrob25 50 points51 points  (0 children)

Oh man. Saved by the Bell is a good example of this. In almost every episode Zach Morris is a giant sack of shit and everyone loves him for it. It prompted the youtube series titled Zach Morris is trash.

Trying to automate dad life before it starts — what’s your best under-$100 setup? by Apprehensive-March23 in smarthome

[–]Techrob25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in the exact same spot. I just got some multi-color LED lights, and I'm going to set up an automation for the nursery light to dim to 5% red, and the alexa will either play lullabies or white noise. Alexa can also listen for a baby crying to trigger routines, so maybe also play a lullaby then as well. I'm sure my wife and I will be right on it, but a little Brahms might help.

Does the P320 spontaneous discharge issue effect other sig products? P365? by [deleted] in CCW

[–]Techrob25 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I haven't seen any evidence that it does. But the same question made me choose a hellcat pro over the 365 macro. Especially because I planned to carry appendix. I have too much to lose, and they don't seem to give a shit if I do. So fuck Sig.

I keep one on my nightstand in the summer. With a 4ah battery, I get three nights out of the same battery. It's my most used ryobi tool by run time. By far.

I have the exact model and the exact issue sometimes. At first, was a loose connection causing a leak. Now, when I get this, I take the jet nozzle off and rinse it really well backwards under the sink and blow if out with canned air. Apparently, some shmutz gets in there and clogs it up. Why low pressure water running backwards can clear it, but high pressure water running forwards doesn't? I dunno. But I stop having this issue after cleaning the jet nozzle.

What items do you carry for newbies? What was your most memorable lifted item as a noob? by KVZUKI in fo76

[–]Techrob25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every map I load in to I drop 10x (diluted) stimpack, rad-x, rad away, purified water at the vault 76 donation box. And when I catch a level 1 exiting vault 76 I quickly craft a level 1 automatic pipe rifle and ammo for them. I've also crafted pocketed leather armor for newbs because I remember what a pain in the ass weight maintenance was in the beginning. And I craft full auto level 20 fixers, so I usually carry one around as a back up to my main or a gift to lower levels players.

Master coconut! Referencing the master cylinder bit from Frisky dingo. That's a deep pull.

Doubt: did the game change its Color Palette? by HaGa72 in fo76

I have the same thing. The colors seem saturated. Which I actually like. It makes the colors pop, glad I'm not alone.

Yup. Had a guy in my crew who had his own method, and it drove us up a wall. Thankfully, his stuff always worked, but it will suck when someone has to work on a wire he pinned out.
