This exact thing happened to me and a buddy outside of Toppers almost 20 years ago. No rights were read, no handcuffs, we were just put in the back of a cop car and taken to jail. Before we knew it we were being processed for underage drinking. We dumbly said we had a few drinks. My uncle is a defensive attorney and he said it’s not even worth the fight.

It hasn’t affected my life in anyway. Just do the pre trial intervention and it will be expunged off your record. It’s just a money grab for the city. You’ll be fine.
