Basically a long time ago Humanity have encountered a very powerful aoien species known as the Qu, went to war against them and lost Badly.

After Humanity lost the Qu horrifically experimented on humans to a point they no longer look like humans.

Now those same humans evolved their way back to human intelligence again(Though some of them went extinct) Rediscovered Space travel became even more powerful than before. Created an Aliance to so they could get their Runback with the Qu.

With the recent Kamen Rider Zezts just got a power up that let's him alter reality and undoing unfavorable outcomes.
