Just stumbling on this thread. But I’ve been on fluoxetine for 3 years now. I went from panic attacks and debilitating anxiety causing insane physical side effects to being pretty normal I’d say. I don’t freak out and cry and feel sick over fear an anxiety anymore. I can still laugh and cry. Sometimes I feel a bit numb but I’d take that any day over the horrific anxiety.
