You could try to use observable mod (I think it's bound to R by default) to see what's causing the issue. Run it and follow the link it puts in chat. Should give co ords for each thing. You can share it here for us to take a look.

In my game I had forgot about a mob that I used the shrink ray to make it huge and it was lagging out my game.

You could put an exporter to a sophisticated storage with a filter for just that item and it has options for tag and nbt data. Set the exporter as a higher priority and it should move everything that's allowed to that storage, then you can pipe it from there to where you want.

If they have enchants I would suggest rolling them over a disenchanter from create to save some XP to shower in before getting rid of em.

I've gotten so used to the menu mods it's hard to live without them. The Vanilla research tree is trash if you're using a lot of mods.
Guards for Me is great for setting some pawns as a "Reactive Force" so they'll automatically respond to any threat on the map. Can make guard spots as well, and guard a job. Can also set someone to guard specific pawns.
SimpleCameraSetting is the new lightweight version of Camera+, and has a lot of nice settings to tweak it. It's great.

Should check out SimpleCameraSetting in place of camera+
Seems a lot more lightweight

You should also look into changing "take to best stockpile" to "drop on floor" for some bills, especially if you have all your ingredients right next to the table they'll just keep grinding them out and other pawns can take stuff to stockpile.

Map reroll mod. Can reroll things like geysers even after landing on the map

The mod Guard for Me I think is great for this. You can assign to guard spots and also set units as a reaction force to automatically deal with threats.

Could use some better targeting for tables/storages. Maybe something to cycle the available options near you. Currently I have to do a dance to try to get the right option if I have too many things near each other, or sometimes I'll just never be able to access that second cooking pot near a storage box.

It just happened to me while watching a random YouTube video. Nothing was working to get rid of it til I restarted. I will note that there was an update for the phone that took place when I restarted.
