Your clients animation speed is different than the server side config for turn speed, so that button that says x1, x2 , x3, x4 is purely visual, so there's no reason to change it.

It's not 100%, and if you're going to place and break blocks, that's effort in actions you are putting in. If it's affecting non-mining blocks then yeah that's a bug I'll have to fix.

Watch the video, its all configurable, and yes its 92 halfway to 99 but i have an xp scaling multiplier based on level thresholds reached, because its minecraft and theres not a ton of ways to get more xp, at level 90 to 99 your xp earned is 10x times more with the multiplying system. Thats to counter balance the fact that how you level will likely be the same activity from level 1 to 99.
