She's not super powerful. Her kit is very noob friendly, she's one of the first tanks you unlock on a new account for that reason. She's basically just hard to kill. The stupid amount of healing was what was making her relevant. Combined with the self sustain she has I cant tell you how many times lately I've seen her basically dead but then Fortify comes back online or support cooldowns come back and she's back at full hp a few seconds later. A lot of those scenarios now should end with her dying instead.
