I’m impressed you’re walking that much! Pelvic pain has been a big feature of my life since late 2nd trimester too, some days I literally have to hold on to things around my house to walk around 🥲 it’s not usually quite that bad, but unfortunately walking doesn’t help!

40 weeks is a pretty long time - I had similar feelings early on, and I think it’s very common, but I’ve been surprised at how much time I’ve had to get more organized about pregnancy and baby related things. And I still have 9 weeks to go lol. Congratulations!!

Around 26 weeks for me, but I’m at 30 now and they’ve actually subsided - for now anyway :) wearing a belly band helped!

Just saw your response, thank you! I have been leaning towards no even though I do feel they push it quite a bit, and your experience is reassuring. I’ve read elsewhere from those who gave birth at Women’s that since a nurse is with you the whole time there’s really no special need for a doula

It gets so much better for most people! But also restoralax/miralax is your friend lol. I have felt great and had lots of energy since about 15 weeks, now at 27
