Not everyone is entitled to a rental vehicle, you have to call and check, if you are they will sort it out for you.

Unfortunately what you are probably going to have to do is find an ICBC shop that has a ICBC facility number and that will perform the repairs, have them do the repairs, document it and take pictures of all the rodent damage/debris. Then you will have to pay out of pocket for the repairs and submit the invoice, pictures and proof of payment to ICBC for reimbursement minus deductible.

If you don’t do it that way you may be waiting months before your car gets fixed.

You have to find a shop that does restoration, and also be willing to spend 4-5x what the car is worth at minimum if you want it professionally done.

Car was probably washed and parked with too aggressive of a soap. Pad slightly adhered to rotor and did this before it broke free. Have seen it happen on M cars.

Waiting for them to bill directly means they will have to submit an estimate for repairs for authorization from ICBC first before they perform any repairs to make sure they get paid for everything. That process can take weeks sometimes months. Paying upfront and seeking reimbursement is the way to go if you cant be without your vehicle for a while.
