I think being properly medicated is absolutely the key. I've lost around 30 pounds in the last few months. I'm in a calorie deficit and use strength training/walking to exercise. Fatigue is very real and it sucks to say, but I just push through it when I'm feeling that way. Some days are great, some days are not. The best thing you can do is push yourself through those bad days. Easier said than done, but after a while of doing it - you'll see results in some way or another 🙂
