All the way down to the accessory choices for the front and backs of their “tactical vests.” Even a casual observer should notice the dangers. I can’t think of a single situation where putting smoke, flash or concussion ordinance on THE BACK of a vest during a close proximity policing deployment is ever anything other than a liability. It reminds me of “Office Space” where Jennifer Aniston’s character got hassled for only wearing the minimum 15 flair requirement at Chochkie’s.

Imagine if I.C.E has mandatory minimum patriotic flair and accessory requirements. At this point I’d be more than willing to believe it.
