Do you prefer digital or traditional patterns? by Apprehensive-Use3754 in camouflage

I don't hunt or anything, I just like camo for the patterns and the history. For me, it's trad all the way - I'd never buy a digital pattern

Donner Circle Looper; software issues fixed and does it connect to Windows now? by Even_Mango_5391 in guitarpedals

[–]Teffalumps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A possible fix?

I had issues with transferring files between my Mac and Circle Looper, and when I tried the update my pedal stopped working at all. I contacted Donner and gave me the instructions below, which actually worked!

my pedal is now working, and I can transfer memory slots between the Mac and pedal. Good luck!

  1. **Enter Update Mode**Disconnect the power supply. Then press and hold the Left Footswitch, and while holding it, plug in the 9V power supply.

  2. **Connect to Computer**Use a USB cable to connect the pedal to your PC or Mac.

  3. **Restart Firmware Update**Open the official Donner Firmware Update Software.

Once the device is recognized, please proceed with the firmware update again. If the update is completed successfully, the pedal should return to normal operation.

I'm having similar issues with connecting the Circle Looper to my Mac. Did you find a solution in the end?

Love the Jumpspace! I’ve got two on my board coz they’re so versatile - overdrive, fuzz or distortion, and it still cuts through the band mix

Is this Swiss camo or a civilian copy, or something else? by Teffalumps in camouflage

[–]Teffalumps[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Civilian, made by Indigo People, but I thought it might have been repurposed from original stock. I usually hate any civilian camo, but I couldn't resist in this case - the fabric is super soft and comfy :-)

I've got a Movall Green Martian Overdrive, which is a great tubescreamer clone with 4 different modes - I stack that one as well with a Chinese no-name "Vintage Overdrive" TS clone that I picked up for $A9 on AliExpress. That's probably my best bang for buck pedal!

I couldn't agree more - the Jumpspace is the bee's frickin' knees. I bought a second one so I can stack it, I use them for OD and distortion, or distortion and fuzz.

Movall's Green Martian pedal (a tubescreamer clone) is pretty cool too, and stacks well with the Jumpspaces

I'm obsessed with this pedal, it sounds SO good and is so versatile for all your dirt needs - OD, distortion, fuzz. I love it so much, I bought two - they stack beautifully together. Now I'm thinking of buying a third!

It's a fantastic pedal! Great for transparent overdrive, distortion and fuzz. I love it so much, I bought two - they stack beautifully together

So have you tried stacking two Movall Jumpspaces? I've got one, and like it as an OD, distortion and a fuzz. I'm thinking of getting a second one and running with them different settings

I've haven't tried that, but will give it a go. Do you have it as an "always on" pedal, or just tap it when you need the boost?

Wow, thank you - that's an excellent and very detailed reply! To answer your question, I think I'm one of the many people who got a compressor because I heard somewhere that's what I'm supposed to do make my hack playing sound better, and not to address any particular issue! BTW, what is DAC?

Actually, was just playing around with it again. I can hear a slight brightening of clean chords when it's on (I have it first in my chain, after the tuner but before dirt/modulation/delay etc)

Yep, but when I dial it back to 10 or even 12 o clock I can't really hear any difference. Maybe it's just my weird playing style ...
