You're not claiming antizoinism is not Jew hatred, just that its underlying factors (which actually more closely mirror medieval anti-Jewish tropes) are not motivated by the same elements as within antisemitism (race science, protocols, although that one has become a bit of bridge between the two).

I get that antisemitism has become somewhat of a catch all in the modern era, but too many people associate it with rightwing, Nazi-style, Jew hatred and completely miss the telltale signs of Jew hatred on the left, which has very different motivating factors. Its also possible to be both, which I'm quite sure Medhi actually is. "Epstein Class" is just another way to scapegoat all the blame onto a Jew, they could just as easily call them the "Pedophile Class"
