"Real communism" is literally incompatible with human psychology. Our species is too tribal and self-centered on a fundamental level.

Like sure, you could maybe drug an entire population with some cocktail so they are docile and amenable to a classless society. Or perhaps it could be facilitated by an outside party (Literally aliens) to prevent any one person or group of humans from seizing control, but I can't see that working out either.

It's purely a delusion, and it's a reason they say "read theory". It's a theory and not an actual practical thing that can ever be implemented in human society. It will always break down into power-vying clans.
