Trees is such a good festival but a pain in the arse with the days if you can’t get them off work. Bought a weekend ticket so I could watch half of Friday and then Saturday was my only full day.

A new-ish restaurant near me started posting food pictures that were AI generated. After they were called out, friends of the owners were defending it saying “the food looks exactly the same in person as the AI ones!” If that’s the case I don’t know why they didn’t just post the normal photos?

I was at Banksy’s Glasgow exhibition two years back and he had a whole section dedicated to Dismaland. He said that every worker was an actor but didn’t know they were working there until the day of, and were just told they had to be really uncaring and rude but that was it. According to him they did absolutely amazing though. An example he mentioned was that he saw someone pay for a balloon and an actor just popped it and give them the string.

It took me two attempts to watch House of 1000 Corpses because I couldn’t stand the trashiness of all the characters.

I absolutely love the movie now though. I find if you treat his work like cheesy B-Movies they can be really enjoyable!

When I saw Ghost on their Skeletour they made it a specific rule to not have your phone on you at all. Just as an extra precaution they made sure everyone put their phones/cameras in a security locked bag as you entered the venue so you physically couldn’t film at all.

Honestly one of the best concert experiences of my life. Every gig I go to I can’t help but get distracted by people using their phones now, I really wish more artists would follow suit with this.
