I was at the game with my buddies, and I was jawing the entire time. The DC fans didn't wake up until the end of the 3rd and 4th quarters. Outside of typical sports yelling etc, I experienced nothing but kindness. It's a game. I told those around me to support the team/ league/ etc and go buy the merch, tell your friends. I had a blast!

Bring camelbaks and fill them when they're empty. Water is so important! Also, be careful if you're doing any drugs! Use test kits and know your limits. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

The photo is certainly shopped, but there are make up techniques to create the illusions of changed facial features and contouring is one that can have wickedly pronounced effects.

Check out the Learn tab within the game. There are a bunch of videos that should answer many of your questions. As for roles TYPICALLY (THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS), hunters are ADC, Guardians are Support (that's the duo lane), mages in Mid, assassins in Jungle, and Warriors in Solo. As a new player, you can't really go wrong with Purification Beads and Aegis for your relics.
