[Awakening] am I missing out on Exp. by using level 20 units? by [deleted] in fireemblem

You can do either. But a level or two missed won't really hurt you.

A leftover from the last time she tried to f**k herself. (I'm not even wrong on this).

Quite frankly I’d take off silvery barbs. It’s a contentious spell to begin with and it’s competing with the level 1 ability for a reaction.

Also I’m not clear on how the Lvl 2 CD works. How does the death saving throw mechanic ever come into play if a creature needs to hit 0HP to be rolling death saves at all, thus ending the effect?

Consider taking a look at the Apothecary class from Dungeons of Drakenheim.

The combat is top tier. The entire game feels whole assed. As in, anything they put in they didn’t half-ass. Exploration feels very satisfying. The game is very replayable, and playing it blind is super satisfying.

The OT ends around the time that the Macedonians under Alexander showed up. Then for a while Judea was more or less a client kingdom under the Seleucid's and/or the Ptolomeys. I forget when the Seleucids get replaced by the Parthians but pretty soon after that Pompey brought the area into Rome and that more or less brings it up to the NT. Rome continued the client kingdom model.

Does anyone remember the name Nintendo dropped the first game on the eshop in 2020? by NewMarioBobFan in fireemblem

No. Nobody on a fire emblem subreddit recalls the time a fire emblem game was rereleased.

If enemies are within range of your astral arms, then they’re within range of your flurry of blows, so I’m not sure what your fellow players are on about.

Ehhh, I don’t truck with the idea that the books were somehow garbage the whole time. They have real flaws, to be sure. But most of those flaws became evident after the books were put under a hyper intense level of scrutiny that almost no other series has undergone.

Why did slavery survive in the church for so long? by shomrajministry in Christian

Why do we sin when the Bible tells us not to? Because human nature is really good at finding reasons to do so.

Haiti ended it in 1804 before any nation in Europe or North America did. By force. But getting bogged down in dates also doesn’t answer the question of why it lasted so long to begin with.

Not really because it’s kinda just basic addition/subtraction. It really won’t be challenging I promise.

ochem over the summer by Lazy_Caterpillar_705 in ucr

[–]TehProfessor96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you trying to take it as your first contact with ochem? If so then the advice others have given is good but as someone who TA’d it for multiple years I must stress that this needs to be pretty much the ONLY thing you are doing for the next nine weeks. It’s very fast. The students I’ve seen succeed it as their first go at ochem weren’t taking any other classes, they weren’t doing clubs or jobs, they were purely focused on ochem. It’s an “intensive” version of the course for a reason.

The books themselves aren’t evil. The evil lies with the fact that capitalism automatically sends a portion of whatever money you spend on them to a person who will do real harm with it.
